She longed to have a restaurant of her own, a place where she could share her love for food and cooking with others. As a devoted single mother of four, her responsibilities were many, but her spirit remained undeterred. In 2020, Elianith took a leap of faith and with the help of her sister transformed her dreams into reality, her passion into a profession. Thus was born Guerrero Taqueria, a testament to her resilience, her love for culinary arts, and the power of dreams. Today, every dish served at Guerrero Taqueria is a slice of Elianith's dream, crafted with love and served with pride.
