From her earliest memories, Elianith had a passion for cooking and having a restaurant of her own. As a devoted single mother of four, her responsibilties were many but her spirit remained undeterred. In 2020, her dreams transformed into a reality. Thus, Taqueria Guerrero was born. Every dish served here is a slice of Elianiths dream, crafted with love and served with pride.
